The Letdown on My Turf

I had freedom Turf install artificial turf in my front yard they were so good about coming out and writing what was going to be done not that anyone followed any of those instructions but I had Austin come out told me everything that was going to happen with my yard and they finally came out and the installers and installed the turf the seam that goes from the top of the yard down to the sidewalk shows I told beaver about this he said he'd get someone out here I text I've called I've done everything nobody ever takes care of me no more they came really good about coming out the first time just to get my money and get me to do it and now what's the reason of having a 10-year warranty if nobody ever takes care of you so I had a client that come to my house to bring her dog and no and she said she was going to have somebody get her artificial turf and I told her go through big bully they should probably take better care of you than this place did nobody ever comes back I had a big discrepancy in what the day Beaver told me what my total was then I paid that that day then a two weeks later the office sent me a bill that was $600 cheaper so why is it they say it was
