I wanted a beautiful bouquet to send to my beautiful friend who is recovering from surgery. The day before the delivery, the florist called and apologized for not having the exact color/flowers to complete the bouquet that was pictured. Would it be alright to substitute and she could send me pictures for my approval. I replied that as long as the flowers were happy and would put a smile on my friend's face, I trust their judgment. My friend sent me a photo and we both have smiles on our faces. Thank you FlowersNMore for great service and product. May God continue to bless your business. Highly recommend!
