I used Fitzpatrick a few years ago for kitchen cabinets and was very happy with their work, so I called for an estimate for some interior painting. I waited an hour past the scheduled time then called to see if he was still coming. The employee said she'd contact him and have him call me. I never heard from anyone again. No apology,
