Beautiful Deck, Excellent Service! We Will Be Coming Back!

I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the excellent service provided by Alphie Pantle and Jason Bravo. These two gentleman have been rebuilding our deck at Corvallis, Oregon.
We have been kept informed of progress on a daily basis. When dry rot was discovered behind the deck wall, Alphie discussed our options and helped us develop a plan to address the problem. He pointed out structural weaknesses in our existing deck and offered solutions to make it more secure. In addition, he and Jason have been very patient with our questions and additions to the original job. The result is a beautiful deck that is amazing in the difference it makes to the overall feel of our home. The materials all blend together beautifully and the craftsmanship is top notch.
Not only is their attention to detail impressive but they are genuinely nice guys! Our grandmothers died during the construction. When they found out, both Alphie and Jason offered condolences and to stop work if we needed time. Just knowing that they were sensitive to our grief made it easier to deal with. These two gentleman are wonderful representatives for your company. Because of the service they gave us, we will be coming back to Fitzpatrick for future jobs.
