Bate & Switch

First of all we would like to say that the crew that came out to paint our home was great. They were professional, and efficient. We requested Sherwin Williams paint (contract stated so) and after the job was completed we found Rada paint had been used on our house. There are areas of trim paint that has shown wear and will need repainting. There was a concern from the crew that the job had been under bid. The house was power washed, but no other prep was done. We have areas on the trim that have bubbled and we are in the process of repairing and repainting. We don't think we can consider Fitzpatrick the next time the house is in need of painting. We also have reservations about recommending Fitzpatrick.
