I’ve been with FTCU for just over a year, but I’ve had a great experience. Their site and app are easy and simple to use, which is important to me because that’s how I do most of my banking. I had some issues with a direct deposit coming through (not on First Techs end), and I sent an email to Tony. Within minutes he was on the phone with me. That’s completely unheard of with traditional big banks, and it was very impressive and great to know he was on top of it.
