I cannot thank Kelley and Todd enough. As I started my search for a care facility for my sweet sister, my first contact was with First Choice. Todd answered my call with compassion, knowledge and a sincerely warm and caring listening ear. Immediately after giving Todd the initial information, I was contacted by Kelley. I was so lost and emotional about the process of this very difficult situation. Kelley’s too listened to my every concern and need with compassion. I immediately I knew that I had found an angel to help with this heart breaking process of placing my sister. She took care of EVERYTHING!!! Kelley handled the many calls between social workers, hospitals and appointments with potential facilities. Through Kelley’s knowledge and experience, she introduced me to the owners and caregivers of the most incredible residential care facility for my sister. Emotionally, this was not an easy process and Kelley made a heartbreaking process bearable. I am eternally grateful to Kelley.

Todd Goodman with First Choice Senior Placement was literally a God-send to our family! We have a sweet brother Craig, who recently retired and is 63 years old. He lived by himself and was getting quite bored and lonely. He is still so young but not able to work at the same capacity any longer. He needed stimulation...friendships....healthy meals...community....activity. And we as his family could not fully give him what he needed. So we began the process of looking for another living situation that could (hopefully!) provide all of the above. Who knows how to even begin??? Overwhelming for sure! A dear friend gave me Todd's contact info, and assured me that Todd would be a wealth of information and support. And YES he was! Todd was able to find us a beautiful and affordable home for our brother - who has never been happier! He loves all of the people, the apartment, the food, the activities....it all worked out so well. Todd was always attentive and available to answer my questions and seriously made the process a breeze. Anyone who needs assistance in placing a senior loved one in a new living situation should DEFINITELY call First Choice and Todd. You will be blessed just as we were :)
Board and Care for mom
My mom was in need of a board and care home. Those are not easy to find on-line. Todd made the whole process very easy. He quickly found homes that accommodated our requests. He also brought us to each one to meet the owners and check out the facility. He was easy to talk to, quick to respond to texts, and very knowledgeable. Long Distance Caregiver
As a long distance care giver, Senior Placement was the perfect solution to find trusted care facility options. I was able to find a wonderful residential care home for my family member, and my travel time and costs were much more manageable since so many decisions were able to be made ahead of time. Taking Care of Mom
Kelley came recommended to us through discharge planning. It was the best thing to happen to our family and our mom. She was living alone and having issues with faking. She is now in a wonderful board and care fame and is getting the personal care she needs. Thank you Kelley!

Thankful beyond words
Todd helped us place both of our mothers and our aunt in a wonderful board and care home. They were all living alone in their homes and now have the benefit of community in an environment that will keep them safe, happy and healthy. Todd was extremely helpful with the transition. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with our families as we moved through this difficult time. I believe that the qualities he possesses are part of who he is and not just gained from what he has learned. We thank God for him and are thrilled to have him on our team.

First Choice is first rate!
Can I give you 10 stars ?? I should because you deserve more than 5. Moving mom was essential to ensure she would be safe from her domestic violence abuser and to place her in a ‘safe place’ and a caring facility due to her PTSD. The staff is caring, patient, and listens to mom. Mom is now starting to talk more and seems happy now. Kelley is professional and very caring. I don’t think I could have done this without her. I will recommend First Choice to anyone who needs to place a loved one. I can’t thank you enough. This review is private due to moms safety issues.

Kelly was a fantastic resource and support for us when we needed to place our mother in assisted living. As her Alzheimer's disease progressed passed the point where we could provide her with the care she needed, Kelly took the time to understand our needs, our mother's needs and educated and guided us through a process that was completely foreign and overwhelming. We highly recommended Kelly and the outstanding service and support she provides.
