I have had exceptional eye care and experiences with the doctors and staff not to mention that you are not rushed out the door. I have been receiving dry eye treatments and take the great Omega 3 De supplements to my advantage and trust in my eye care. The selection of glasses and lenses options are amazing!! I have referred many people to Family Focus Eye Care!! PS it’s beautiful inside too!
I’m so impressed with Family Focus Eye Clinic in Salem. Starting on Wednesday the receptionist called me to let me know that we might have to reschedule my upcoming appointment on Friday(today) due to the weather. Yesterday she called twice trying to connect with me to reschedule. This morning to my surprise Dr. Taylor called me personally to tell me that they would be closed today and could he rescheduled me for next week? Now that’s customer service at its best. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The Dr. Explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I 100 percent recommend this office.
