Niall at the front desk was amazing and all the staff on-site 👏 we look forward to visiting again soon. The property was great and inviting along with relaxing during our visit. Keep you tje good work and dont change a thing.
My mom and I were passing through after my father’s funeral and was hoping to check in early so we could get some rest after such a long drive. I’ve been to many hotels and it is usually a fee of some sort or just not allowed. Even with it being early the front desk person Nile went out of his way and went the extra mile to call housekeeping on the walkey talkey and track down a room that had just been cleaned so we could get in. With everything being so hard and having to deal with a death in the family this small act of kindness made things easier for me and mom and I want to send so many thanks to that fine gentleman. I guess it’s a new hotel just built and I could smell the chemicals on the rugs in the room which wasn’t great but having such a long trip we just cracked the window and went right to sleep. Waking up to the train is not great either but at least coffee was hot and breakfast was plentiful. We received smiles and hellos from everyone working and the lobby had a warm friendly feeling. After a great rest and our bellies full we were sent off with the same young man Nile’s at the desk who wished us the best day ever and got us a paper receipt upon checkout. If we ever pass by again we will stop here purely for the great customer service from this fine establishment.
I had a really nice stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Salem North, and I’m so glad I found this place! It’s truly a hidden gem. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re visiting the Salem area and looking for a great place to stay, I would absolutely recommend giving this hotel a try. It’s one of those places that exceeds expectations and makes you want to come back!
Here visiting the grandkids and let me just say how amazing my experience was. We were here for 7 days. Clean hotel with beer and wine at the market in the lobby. I also want to say thank you so much to Niall at the front desk, he is so warm and inviting, I would just stand up front and converse with him all day. Thank you for making me feel welcome away from home!
Great service, my wife and I had such a nice time. Niall at the front desk is an absolute delight with amazing energy. For this being a new hotel I was surprised at how well everything went with zero issues. Will definitely be coming back when we visit the in-laws.
