Love this studio! Very welcoming for everyone. The training team is hands-on and actively involved checking form and motivating each person. Highly recommend starting your day off with a solid F45 workout!

Having trained at over twenty F45 studios globally in the last 7 years I can say that the team here at Mt Juliet have it nailed. Great trainers (who actually correct form and help you get better) paired with a great atmosphere and vibe make it world class. I'll be back for sure!
