Cataract surgery

All great except for pads used for cleansing eyes. They are too soapy. Especially liked service from doctors and assistants.

Brow/lid surgery

All staff were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Surgery by Dr. Bingham went smoothly and well, and a complication resulting from an accident was rectified quickly by Dr. Gurdian the next day, as Dr. Bingham was out of town. I cannot recommend then highly enough

Review of eye care

My appointment for eye exam and follow up on eye health was handled in the most professional manner. Totally satisfied.

Failure To Communicate

The Dr. failed to offer any evaluation or prognoses concerning my deteriorating vision. He did not discuss any available options I may have to treat my vision.

Waited only a couple of minutes before I was called back. Exam seemed thorough and my questions were answered.

I can finally see!!

Had a great experience with Eye Care Physicians. I have never been to an eye doctor before, but my aging eyes don't work like they used to and it was time to correct that. The doctors I met with were friendly and efficient, and in a short time I was on my way to seeing clearly again. Thanks for everything!

Amazing vision back

I had cataract surgery done in both eyes. The care I was given was both compassionate and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of physicians and surgeons to anyone.

Nice people but mix-up on correct doctor

Everyone seemed capable and several screening tests were done. Then it came time to see the doctor and the assistant said Dr. ...would be in, however the appointment was with a different doctor, who was located at the other location down the street. So we had to go down the street, getting a little lost, and then were able to meet with the doctor that we had originally requested.

Object in right eye, they tried to find it and they thought they had it, but, it's still there.

Follow up on eye problems

I have had continuous problems with my eyes - blocked tear ducts, red, watery, running eyes. The continuous problem is the runny eyes. I went in to see the Dr. about a follow up visit with this same problem. An initial visit was by a woman who I did not know. She did not introduce herself or what she was going to do. I did not know if she was a nurse, a physician or a receptionist. She proceeded to give me a vision test. I mentioned to her that I did not come in here for a vision test and she said that every patient is given an eye test. I was concerned that I was going to have to pay for it. I felt that the eye exam was very hurried. I left there with a prescription for new glasses, but I don't trust the prescription because of the rushed exam. I would recommend that when someone comes in to exam ones eyes, they introduce themselves and explain what they are going to do. I did not notice any name tag, but there possibly was one. I haven't gotten a bill yet, but there better not be a bill for an eye exam.

Cataract Surgery

The nurses and Doctor were very caring and told me what would be happening with the surgery and what to do after the and surgery, I greatly appreciated all the information and was at ease with the surgery. I had both eyes done and was totally amazed at how well I could see and read the small and medium signs. I didn't realize how bad my eye sight was until I had the new lenses in.

New Lenses

Eye Care Physicians were very caring and very helpful during my operation. I didn't realize how much my sight had failed until I had my new lenses placed in my eyes. Wonderful!

I have managed an office practice in the past. This practice, including multiple offices, services, and teams, is the most well organized I have ever seen...in all aspects. I had surgery and the surgicenter was top notch, as were each of the personnel. All I have come in contact with in this practice are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent in their work. They are well groomed and exhibit energy in their work. I am pleased to see such coordination. On a scale of 1-10 I would give this practice at least a 20!!!!! Thank you for asking
