Cataract Surgerical Care

I appreciated the quality of care I received at the Eye Care Physicians & Surgeons, in preparation of, during and after the cataract surgery that I had on both of my eyes. From the Dr. Betsy McDowell's diagnosis and staff's connection to the Dr. Richard Neahring's team, and surgery at the Salem Laser and Surgery Center, all of my concerns were addressed with the greatest of professtional customer service. The specific directions throughout the whole process, gave me peace. While I still have 6 days of eye drops to be put in, before my surgery healing is complete, it brings me comfort that I can see much better without my old glasses than with them. It is a blessing to have received enough eyedrop medicine to cover both surgeries. It's my hope that Dr. Betsy McDowell will give me a prescription for my new glasses during my next visit this Monday, March 2nd, as it is hard for me to see what is near. I appreciate the thoroughness in every step of the procedural process and the genuine kindness that I received, at each phase.
