There is Nothing Special About This “Specialty Clinic.” Quite the Opposite, Actually.

Dr. Bingham is the worst provider I have ever interacted with. He was arrogant and dismissive, with absolutely abhorrent patient assessment "skills." His version of an "apology" included the statement, "I've been told I don't listen. Just ask my wife." Furthermore, the ancillary staff was equally rude. The woman at the front desk seemed put-out when she had to check me in (...but isn't that your... job?), and his medical assistant had to be repeatedly told the same basic information (medical history, preferred pharmacy, etc.) because he too, was more inclined to listen to his own voice, than that of the patient's. I had two prescriptions ordered: neither were sent in the day of service, as promised. When I called to follow-up the next day, only 1 of 2 were sent in. Shortly after, the office closed early due to the valley fires, so when I had to call yet AGAIN about the remaining prescription, I had to bother the on call physician. Now, after receiving an erroneous bill and speaking with the billing staff, it came out that the initial receptionist didn't input my insurance information correctly. I literally CANNOT. To give credit where credit is due, Dr. Lapour, the on call physician, was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, and immediately followed though with his promise to call in my prescription. He is someone that I would recommend, and would feel comfortable managing my care. It is a shame that he is associated with an otherwise unprofessional practice.
