Honestly, I had an amazing experience. Kelton was the agent who helped me and he was wonderful. I started off with just getting renters insurance than I ended up switching my auto because whatever magic he worked, my rate went down, which is what everyone wants. Plus the amount of times I forgot to call him back when I said I would and for the simple fact I thought his name was Jake for a bit....I'm kind of surprised he still stuck around and kept being helpful and informative. So five star review and Kelton is an awesome agent!
