After a disappointing experience with the company that originally painted our home, working with Easton and his team at Empire Paint & Bath Remodel was a breath of fresh air.
Our home's exterior paint was only about 6–7 years old, but it had faded much faster than expected, and we had ugly drip stains running down the front of the house. I first tried contacting the original painter to ask about their warranty, but despite multiple phone calls, emails, and even leaving a Google review, I never received a response.
When Easton came out to give us an estimate, he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what was causing the issues. The drip stains turned out to be the result of our upstairs shutters rotting. Rather than simply painting over the problem, he recommended removing the shutters, installing new trim around the windows, and replacing several rotted trim boards before painting. He also recommended a high-quality Miller Paint product and backed the project with an 8-year warranty, which gave us a lot of confidence.
Easton, Patrick, and Clifford were fantastic to work with. They pressure washed and prepped the house one day, and did the painting in three days. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and workmanship were outstanding. They kept the job site clean, communicated well throughout the project, and were genuinely enjoyable people to have around and chat with.
Easton and his team take pride in their work and truly care about their customers, that kind of integrity and craftsmanship is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Empire Paint & Bath Remodel to anyone looking to have their home painted. In fact, when it's time to paint our interior, they'll be the first company we call.
