Great Gym and an Amazing Owner

Before coming to Empire, I had been working out for about three years and honestly wasn’t seeing much progress. I felt stuck and kept switching routines without really knowing what I was doing. I only planned on joining for a short time, but it ended up changing a lot for me. The owner took the time to teach me nutrition, structured training splits, and proper form so I wouldn’t hurt myself. He keeps me on my toes and is always introducing new things to improve my workouts. In my first month alone, I went from 188 lbs at 21% body fat to 176 lbs at 17.3%. More importantly, I finally understood how to train the right way. This gym has helped me build confidence and feel more comfortable in my own body. If you want real guidance and real results, this is the place.

    Great gym

    I love empire fitness. 24 hour access is great so times work with all schedules. Eric is does amazing personal training. He works 1 on 1 with you to help mold a program to fit your goals.

    Completely satisfied 100%

    Empire fitness has been my go to gym with confidence. When I first met the owner Eric, we hit it off, he worked out with me and got me familiar with certain/proper techniques for lifts, has taught me to eat cleaner. Later I have got friends to join and workout with me to give me accountability and structure. My friend James lost 200+ lbs. we could literally work out at any time of day. We chose around 430am because James worked in Portland. We see regulars at the gym and they are always smiling and happy and cordial every time. Never felt like I had to wait for any equipment. It’s always clean and tidy. Eric also has guided me on supplements for my goals. I’m proud Empire fitness is my home for my fitness journey! I got hurt at work and had a couple surgeries and Eric even checked in on me from time to time, to see how I was doing and when I was coming back to start rehabilitation to keep me fit for life! The monthly dues are very reasonable and affordable! Even while I wasn’t able to work out regularly. I felt at home when I go into the gym. Eric will be a friend for life because of the gym he has built! ??

    Best gym in town!

    Empire Fitness is the best gym in town. Locally owned and operated. Dues are not too high and very competitive for the area. And it's the only real 24/7 - 365 access gym in Keizer. A previous review mentioned something about crowded however that's completely false. I don't have to wait for equipment and everything is clean and laid out well. It's a family of like minded people who appreciate a great smaller gym that's not packed with people who are more focused on selfies and not on their workouts. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to see results and be surrounded my amazing people!
