Empire fitness has been my go to gym with confidence. When I first met the owner Eric, we hit it off, he worked out with me and got me familiar with certain/proper techniques for lifts, has taught me to eat cleaner. Later I have got friends to join and workout with me to give me accountability and structure. My friend James lost 200+ lbs. we could literally work out at any time of day. We chose around 430am because James worked in Portland. We see regulars at the gym and they are always smiling and happy and cordial every time. Never felt like I had to wait for any equipment. It’s always clean and tidy. Eric also has guided me on supplements for my goals. I’m proud Empire fitness is my home for my fitness journey! I got hurt at work and had a couple surgeries and Eric even checked in on me from time to time, to see how I was doing and when I was coming back to start rehabilitation to keep me fit for life! The monthly dues are very reasonable and affordable! Even while I wasn’t able to work out regularly. I felt at home when I go into the gym. Eric will be a friend for life because of the gym he has built! ??
