I'm disabled and my 2yo grandson runs really fast. I love that there is a fenced in tennis area so he can run, chase the ball and ride his trike. I also love the nearby train, airport and skatepark. He is learning so much from the experience and I can watch him safely. Added bonus is the swing that is appropriate for toddlers.
