I had the pleasure of working with Janice to sell my house. There’s nothing bad I could say about her. She was VERY available, always put her clients and their wants first, and she was my biggest advocate when it came to the selling process. She’s personable and so empathetic throughout the whole process and I’ll recommend her over and over and over again.

We worked with Mayra Perez in 2023 in looking for our first home.
