Excellent service- Sandy took the time to explain why the soles of my brand new boots dissolved, and what to look for when purchasing my next pair. She also gave me less expensive ways to resole these boots and also fixed my dress shoes to perfection. So nice and so friendly. A wonderful place to do business with.
