We purchased an Eastland home last May of 2022. We were happily content with our home in Mt Juliet behind Mt Juliet High school. Once we took a peak at Eastlands open houses on Easter weekend we fell IN LOVE! Has us questioning if we were in our “forever home”. We are still within our first year of any warranty and must commend Terry with the warranty team who visits with such a smile ready to adjust anything after closing.
