Jeremy, the store Sales Manager at Dovetails in Salem Oregon, was excellent at knowing the product he was selling and he is a wonderful furniture expert. He was patient, wanted to make sure we were happy with what we chose, he provided personal attention when needed and time for us to discuss when we need to make decisions. He provided options and suggestions but was never pushy and no add on warranty needed since the furniture has lifetime warranty and Dovetails carries quality wood furniture. Mainly wood products are sold here, like Amish and Mission style furniture but they have a variety like outdoor furniture & other styles as well. We are awaiting the beautiful swivel rocker/glider and ottoman we ordered!
