5-Star Review of Doug Hall, RE/MAX Integrity

Doug was our agent, for the purchase of our new construction home in Albany, OR. I originally didn't think I would need an agent, or much help, on a new construction purchase from a reputable builder. I soon appreciated having Doug on my team. We lived out of state during the construction, and Doug was very involved. He kept my wife and I apprised of the status of the build, and was our representative to discuss issues with the developer's representative. When a major issue arose over the grading of the lot, and local representatives being unresponsive, Doug was instrumental in getting the correct people on a call, so the issue could be worked out. He also referred me to excellent local Loan, Insurance, and Inspection companies / individuals, who have all provided excellent service. If I ever need a Realtor again, I won't hesitate to call Doug, and recommend him to any one looking for a Realtor.

In 2015 we began our search to purchase a home in Albany Oregon. I did a lot of on line research looking for an agent and happened upon Doug Hall's bio under Remax. We contacted him and never regretted it. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and guided us through what can be a overwhelming process. He gave sage advice when needed all the while making the experience stress free. Doug is very easy going and a fun to work with. Whether your new to the area or long time residents you can put your trust in Doug Hall. We highly recommend him. Sandy G.

In 2017 Doug helped my wife and I purchase our home in Halsey. We were living out of state at the time so communication was extremely important to us. I only had a two day window to fly up and look at houses. Upon arriving I met with Doug and the search began. Doug had everything in order. He new about the neighborhoods we went into as well as things about the houses we might have overlooked. We ended up buying the house in Halsey where we lived for 4 years. In 2021 it was time for a bigger house. The only realtor we thought of calling was Doug Hall with Re/Max. During the mad housing boom in June 2021, Doug made himself available to show us houses at any time of the day. Needless to say, we found the house we wanted in Albany. We owe Doug our thanks for handling everything. I would highly recommend him.

When looking to purchase a home a few years ago, we happened upon Doug hall to be our realtor. He made it an easy, smooth process as he listened to our wants/needs and helped us find the perfect home. We highly recommend Doug if you are looking for a person of integrity and knowledge.

I purchased my very first home through Doug, being referred to him through my VA lender. I had a great experience so when I was ready to move several years later, I contacted him. He did a great job navigating the selling of our previous home when we had complications related to an ice storm that caused damage to the home after we accepted an offer. When purchasing our new home, he was very involved with the details, advocating for us when the sellers weren't following through on the stipulations related to our purchase. Doug is thoughtful, thorough and pleasant. Appreciated doing business with him.
