The crew at Double D’s went above and beyond with their service. Not only did they complete a clean and professional install of my aftermarket part, but they also spotted an issue I was not aware of. Instead of brushing it off or leaving it to me to deal with, they took the initiative to contact my warranty company directly and helped get the necessary repairs approved. They saved me time, money, and potential damage to my truck. Most shops would have stopped at the install, but Double D’s truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
I give them a 5 stars not only are they helpful and have great customer service! They’re super nice too!! I was late because I had a hard time finding the place through google ( use Facebook page for address) and was a little late to my appointment. But as soon as I came in and apologized for being late they had no issues, and jumped into getting my car what she needed to have clean oil and filters for a healthy and happy car!! Plus they do a Free inspection to offer an opportunity to fix other things that’s not needed now that can be used for a later on date!! Super sweet and nice guys!! They were fast, productive and they have excellent communication!! And there crew is amazing too.. I could see myself coming back for another oil change and the great service they provide!! Thanks guys for an amazing job and the great experience!!
