Deceptive Billing and Lack of Proper Communicating Cost for Service in Advance
The bill did NOT accurately reflect what was done or what should have been charged. So 110 for the hour, 25-30 for parts and that made up 175 according to company rep on phone, and then driving time! That's 45 for driving time TO Salem and FROM Salem. What??? Numbers don't add up either. So bill just says 110 per hour and for 2 hours of work (which it wasn't), we're charged a flat 220. Nothing else on the bill!!! Terrible way to write up a bill. Will NEVER use this service again or recommend them.
