Derek Manasco with MPACT Real Estate

Derek's guidance was the only thing that got us through the homebuying process! Various issues cropped up along the way (nothing he could have prevented), and through it all Derek was calm, optimistic, proactive, helpful, kind, and honest. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-connected, and worked tirelessly to take care of every single thing, big or small, that we needed. If you are looking for an agent who will take the absolute best care of you and your needs, Derek is your guy!

Derek is a tireless professional. He was with us through the entire process from beginning to end, making sure everything was lined up along the way. I have now purchased 3 homes, and I haven't felt more taken care of throughout the process. He will make sure the process is done in an organized fashion and offers many tools along the way to assist. I wasn't left wondering what needed to happen next, as he was in constant communication with us.

Derek is a true professional that really takes his business relations seriously, and goes well above expectations to meet his clients needs. I know you will be as pleased with Derek as I have been. Thank you for you time Derek, :)
