DAZ came out the same day as called to determine the cause of our backed up pipes and subsequent flooding. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicated the case and solution clearly and were efficient, thorough and pleasant throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone faced with a plumbing emergency
DAZ Plumbing to the rescue!! Mr. Dee came and had all of the best equipment on-hand for an emergency commercial sewer line backup after the torrential rain last night. He was professional, prepared and very knowledgeable about every question we had. His rates are inline with anyone of his caliber and I couldn't be happier. He worked in tandem with City of Waco utilities when they arrived as the issue was found to be coming from the city lines 100+ ft away. I can't recommend him enough for any commercial plumbing and locating service! 10/10
Awesome company! Reliable & fast. They hooked up a bidet for my son, tested & even was nice enough to teach us how to use it since we were new to a bidet. Thanks again!
In a situation that my wife and I didn't know about Hot Water Heaters. Due to this being our first home 🏡. Daz Plumbing walked us through step by step over the phone and then came out the next morning to ensure that everything was properly running. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend Daz Plumbing...we're definitely keeping them on speed dial..
We had an emergency and couldn't use most of our kitchen because of a clogged drain and a leak. Water flooded an adjoining room and we couldn't get a plumber to come out and take a look. I found these guys on Google Maps and gave them a call. They were professional, courteous, and at my house the next day. They showed up on time and fixed the issue, making sure not to leave behind anything that might cause the issue to resurface and let us know about possible options for the future. They did not push any hard sales and just made sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend them as I will be using them again should the need arise.
