Very polite and respectful, informative and friendly. Took very good care of us and helped decide if it was worth installing a new furnace since it is original to the 15 year old house. In 2007, Day Heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The systems have worked great, and each year for a minimal cost, they inspect and service everything. They do it johnny on the spot, and with a smile, and that is the best insurance policy I can buy..thanks you Day Heating
