I haven't had the experience of buying a house from Dave. But I have known him since grade school. I can honestly say he's a great guy, great personality, and one a person that I would put my trust in when it comes to buying a house.
I’ve worked with Dave on dozens of transactions as an escrow professional, and he’s one of the most reliable and organized agents I’ve ever partnered with. Dave’s communication is excellent, he stays ahead of every detail, and his clients always speak highly of him. I recommend Dave without hesitation.
Just closed a transaction that became a bit dicey at the end and I am so grateful for Dave's can do attitude and his great communication. I know I can always count on Dave's professionalism so that we can create a win-win for both of our clients. Thank you, Dave!
I recently have had to take on the task of taking control over my parents property due to their failing health and I am having to sell their property in a different county and Dave has been an extremely helpful guy in the process. He has been available for me to ask questions at anytime and he has helped me to learn and grown from his wealth of knowledge in this whole process. He has a big heart and it shows in his work and in his every day life. I highly recommend him for your broker needs!
We are so thankful for Dave and exp Reality. They were willing to be our realtors as our family looked for our first home to buy. One thing people should know is that Dave is so kind and patient, we had many questions since this was our first time buying a home and he always quick to respond. You won’t regret having Dave as your realtor! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.
