5-Star Review of Dave and Paige Smith at Tradition Real Estate Partners

Dave & Paige at Tradition Real Estate are the best of the BEST! When it was time for our next home adventure, they were so patient in helping us navigate the process, allowing us to pivot as our situation changed from looking for dual living to help care for aging parents to ultimately looking for the perfect home for just ourselves. We put them to the test unintentionally and they showed us too many homes to count over the course of nearly a full year. Not only are they exceptional in the real estate business but always honest in the process, keeping our best interest at heart & can I mention Paige's eye for seeing the potential in the homes we viewed to help us find what suited our needs and thinking outside of the box. We had a huge list of wants, a bigger list of needs & they nailed it, we are so happy where we landed just over a year ago. Thank you is not nearly enough to express how we feel about these two who have become family to us! If you are in the market for a new home, you can't go wrong with Dave & Paige Smith at Tradition Real Estate, full of passion for what they do, exceptional knowledge, patience for days, dependable & simply beautiful people with the kindest hearts!

We were introduced to Dave and Paige through our house cleaner. At that point we had had 3 different agents come and look at our house. Each agent was nice. Dave and Paige were exactly who we were looking for in an Agent. Dave is "nerdy", he knows the numbers and the value in a home. He doesn't just throw numbers at you unless he has a lot of documents to support those numbers. I too enjoyed the "nerdy" numbers of it all as i wanted to know why certain things in a home were given a value. Paige has the eye for beauty. She came in and was not afraid to give us advice on what could be improved to boost its appeal. she spent extra time in making the home feel special. If you are looking for someone that will help make your home feel special to buyers and want to know why your home is worth what it is worth, Dave and Paige are the agents for you. They will help you get a top fair market value for your home and help you feel comfortable and informed the entire time.

First time home buyers here and we could not have imagined or asked for a more stress free buying experience! Having a realtor that is so dedicated to her craft and clients was such a relief. From her exceptional market knowledge, top tier negotiating skills and problem solving prowess, Paige had us in our new dream home in no time. It was clear she genuinely cares about her clients and it showed through the entire process as her communication and overall personalized approach gave us as buyers 110% confidence she’d be able to find us exactly what we were looking and hoping for. I don’t think I could thank or recommend Peak Group or Paige enough. Almost want to buy another home right now because I enjoyed the process so much!

Dave and Paige are absolutely wonderful to work with! Dave found us our current house in just one weekend! When we decided to start looking for our next home, Dave and Paige have continued to make the process so easy. They're up to date and well educated on current trends and the everchanging market, ensuring our offers are always competitive. We appreciate how fast and efficient these two are! We recommend them to anyone we know who is thinking about moving/buying a home!
