Dania Real Estate

Lona was amazing! She was so easy to work with. The right balance of professional and personal. I always felt like I had an ally with solid knowledge and experience walking me through the journey of selling a house. For me, I was Personal Representative of my mom’s estate. Selling my mom’s home after her sudden/unexpected passing brought lots of emotions and Lona was super supportive. I highly recommend her for your realestate needs!!

What an Excellent Experience I had with Lona Murphy! I was so fortunate to have had Lona as the Realtor representing the sale of my parents home. The process was very emotional for me and Lona was very understanding and empathetic. Lona was there every step of the way. She always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. She was a mentor to answer my questions and is an excellent negotiator in multiple offer situations! She gave good advice to help me make the best decisions for my family. Throughout every step of the process from listing the home to marketing then on to closing Lona scheduled and took care of everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is listing their home for sale or searching for a new home. Thanks again to Lona Murphy for being such a pleasure to work with! Very Sincerely Diana Twombley
