The customer service was excellent, even before the visit. DANCO sent a bio and picture of John before he arrived. That extra measure of communication was greatly appreciated, as well as John’s detailed diagnosis and explanation of our specific HVAC issue. We look forward to using DANCO’s yearly service plan for years to come.

Luis and his crew were very prompt, courteous, informative and professional. Hard working individuals that know HVAC equipment and how it functions. Replaced entire unit, inside and out in 105 degrees, and finished that same day. Impressive, especially since cooling and humidity levels are at point we hadn't seen with our old unit. Hardly wait to see electric bill.They also came back the next day to work on some flow problems from air ducts. Once again worked with the same diligence that they had the day before. Showed up early and got to work. Really can't work in an attic after 2 right now. Extremely impressed with Danco as well. Honest no pressure answers to help correct whatever HVAC issues are causing you grief. Great communication all around. I have tried 2 other highly rated companies here but Danco so far has been great. I now know why their ratings are so high. One other thing, their pricing for my complete job blew the other bids away. Got upgraded (equipment) system for same money, actually slightly less than another company wanted for a basic system installed.

Excellent service from beginning to end! I recently hired DANCO HVAC to install a new HVAC unit, and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation (Crystal) to the final cleanup, their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality work. The installation team (Ryker, Ethan, Jeff) showed up on time, ready to work, and got started right away. They treated my home with respect, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up for the best performance. It’s not often you see a crew pay so much attention to detail and leave everything looking cleaner and better than they found it. They didn’t just install the equipment and leave. They took the time to show me how the new system works, made sure everything was running smoothly, and left the area spotless. If you want an HVAC company that offers great service, clear communication, and a skilled team, I highly recommend DANCO. I’ll definitely be a customer for life. Five stars!

Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with were extremely knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I was not present at the time of installation but the technicians, Ryker and Luis, were in communication throughout the process. They completed the installation in a timely manner, and their professionalism and cleanliness were top-notch. I was extremely satisfied with their work, and the entire process. I would definitely recommend Danco to family and friends.
