We worked with Dana to sell our existing home and purchase our new home. Dana was very helpful in encouraging us to properly prepare our existing home so that it would show at it's best. When it came time to purchase we found what we considered (and still do) our perfect home. The home we purchased was for-sale-by owner and Dana was extremely helpful in negotiating and working out the details of the purchase. We have never regretted our purchase and have never regretted working with Dana. He was there for us every step of the way and we would certainly work with him again.

    I highly recommend Dana Schell

    He helped sell our home in the valley and purchase a home in North East Oregon. He is extremely knowledgeable in everything real estate. He studied both neighborhoods and shared important information with us. He helped us have smooth closings in both of the homes. Most importantly Dana is honest, unassuming, very friendly and relational. My wife and I can both say that we enjoyed our experience with Dana and can truly call him a friend. Once again, I highly recommend him and if you choose to have Dana assist and support you in your real estate transaction, you will not be disappointed.

    Excellent Experienced Professional

    Dana Schell has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and he uses wisdom gained to help his clients through the maze-like process of finding and buying their home. Dana stands out from the crowd because he wants you to find the home you'll love. He doesn't just say that - he means it. Dana provides extraordinary service through his attention to detail, friendly consistent communication, and expert professional advice. When I sell my home, Dana will be my agent, because he is simply the best real estate agent.
