We worked with Dana to sell our existing home and purchase our new home. Dana was very helpful in encouraging us to properly prepare our existing home so that it would show at it's best. When it came time to purchase we found what we considered (and still do) our perfect home. The home we purchased was for-sale-by owner and Dana was extremely helpful in negotiating and working out the details of the purchase. We have never regretted our purchase and have never regretted working with Dana. He was there for us every step of the way and we would certainly work with him again.
