Chris and team did a wonderful job. Price was as quoted and communication through the order/install process was great. We are so pleased with the outcome. We chose to match the hardware with our gutters and selected a dark brown shade. It looks so good and love the remote which allows us to control how far down each shade goes. We have 3 shades and each are controlled individually. A definite thumbs up for this company.
Chris did an outstanding job from start to finish. First he thoroughly explained his products and options, his prices are competitive, and he delivered and installed in a timely manner. My husband and I are very pleased with our new outdoor shade and appreciate the professionalism and customer service from Custom Shade Solutions. I can highly recommend.
I have to echo the experiences of the other customers of Chris and Custom Shade Solutions. Chris just finished installing a large shade which will protect my back patio which is west-facing. His workmanship is detailed and professional and the product looks great. The color matching was spot on. Most of all however, he's great to work with and even provided extra help when I had to submit the project for HOA approval at the last minute. I highly recommend Chris. In fact I'm already having him do a second project here.
We love our shade and can’t speak highly enough of Chris’ professionalism! His work is impeccable, he was so careful to be respectful of our home and property. We needed an adjustment several months after install and he was here in a timely fashion supporting this as he said he would. We will definitely use Custom Shade Solutions for any future needs.
Excellent service, and product. Chris had a very competitive price, kept us updated on our order status, showed up on time worked all day on our install. We love our shades they have made such a difference in cutting glare and providing an extra out door space.
