5-Star Review of Crystal Qian Hu - Realtor - Home Quintessential Group Salem, Oregon Real Estate Agent

Crystal is amazing! She did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. When we first contacted her about buying a house there was no wasted time. She learned our needs and wants for a home, our price range, desired timeline, and quickly recommended a great mortgage service. As soon as we got our home loan pre approval she scheduled viewings for houses we were interested in. We looked at a lot of houses (17 in total). She was great! As kind, helpful, and enthusiastic on the last viewing as she was on the first one. When we made our offer for the house we chose, she negotiated a great deal, and helped us through the whole process of purchasing the house. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns, and always responded quickly. It’s rare to find someone this hard working, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their craft. We highly recommend her! If you’re in the market for a new home or property do yourselves a favor and hire Crystal. You’ll be glad you did! Merlin and Xuan

Crystal is one if the top real estate agents in the community. She is a extremely hard worker, knows the market well, and cares much for her clients and it shows. If your looking for a professional who has your best interest in mind I highly recommend her.

Crystal was kind, patient, and highly informative through the entire buying process. We could not have had a better realtor. Any question and/or viewing requested she responded in an extremely timely manner. She made the process smooth for us as first time home buyers. 10/10 - highly recommend her services.

Crystal is an extraordinary realtor. I met with her 1 year prior to actually buying our home. She stayed in touch with me and when it was time to get serious about buying she blew us away with her strong work ethic and friendliness. She was so patient with us when looking at the homes we were interested in and never made us feel like we were too needy even when I knew we were being very needy. She would inform us of everything as soon as it was happening and even responded at late hours of the day, night and even the weekends. We are very lucky to have met Crystal because she made this entire process very easy and as simple as it could be regardless of how stressful it was. I would recommend Crystal to anyone I know looking to buy a home, she is incredible at what she does.
