Excellent Real Estate Agent

Courtney did a wonderful job working with myself and my sister finding and guiding myself (a first time homeowner). He is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, honest, professional and personable. He worked above and beyond from the beginning of finding "the home" for us; day, evening, weekends and even responded to questions sent to him when he was on trip. He provided a great deal of support from the search, my obstacles during the processes and all that entailed. Courtney was there step by step to which I am extremely grateful. In addition to months of working with Courtney; I have had questions months after closure to which he continues to provide support . I HIGHLY recommend Courtney at HomeSmart Realty Group; he is hard working and an honorable individual.

    Wonderful experience

    If you are looking for an agent, choose Courtney Harris. I recently had the pleasure of working with him under some unexpected circumstances. He was able to provide superior service to me and my family. Courtney was a proficient communicator, engaged during each step of the process, accountable for ensuring that everything that needed to happen occurred, extremely respectful to the situation, and was hardworking. He was available when I had questions, never made me feel like a bother, and followed through till the end. You will be very happy if you select him for your real-estate needs.

    Above and Beyond Service

    Amazing!

    Courtney is great! Courtney Had quite the challenge. I had a older single wide trailer in a 55+ park during covid -19 & cash buyers only due to the age of the single wide. Courtney took this difficult property on & did a fantastic job! He was always very upfront & honest which fit my personality. Courtney was positive and encouraging through this whole process. He Kept my stress level to a minimum. Courtney kept in touch and always let me know what was going on with the real estate market with my property. Courtney is an honest, hard working real estate broker!

    Review.

    Courtney’s experience is amazing. He points out all weak points of the house before you can spot them. Any questions that you have he would answer immediately. He only shows you the best available houses on the market. I would 100% recommend Courtney to anyone looking to buy a house.
