A knowledgeable realtor who truly cares about YOU and will always go the extra mile

In January 2018, my wife and I made our very first home purchase with the help of this amazing realtor, Courtney Harris. Courtney led us through every step of the way, providing reassurance and guidance through all the new-to-us parts of the process. He was always going above and beyond, whether in finding us homes to look at that fit our somewhat limiting requirements, being available to answer questions, finding a home inspector on short notice when our timeline got tight, and augmenting the whole process with his decades of experience in home building. Above all, Courtney is honest, trustworthy, and has the heart of a servant. We could not have been happier with our experience and highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a realtor in the Mid-Willamette Valley.

    Wonderful experience

    If you are looking for an agent, choose Courtney Harris. I recently had the pleasure of working with him under some unexpected circumstances. He was able to provide superior service to me and my family. Courtney was a proficient communicator, engaged during each step of the process, accountable for ensuring that everything that needed to happen occurred, extremely respectful to the situation, and was hardworking. He was available when I had questions, never made me feel like a bother, and followed through till the end. You will be very happy if you select him for your real-estate needs.

    Above and Beyond Service

    Amazing!

    Courtney is great! Courtney Had quite the challenge. I had a older single wide trailer in a 55+ park during covid -19 & cash buyers only due to the age of the single wide. Courtney took this difficult property on & did a fantastic job! He was always very upfront & honest which fit my personality. Courtney was positive and encouraging through this whole process. He Kept my stress level to a minimum. Courtney kept in touch and always let me know what was going on with the real estate market with my property. Courtney is an honest, hard working real estate broker!

    Review.

    Courtney’s experience is amazing. He points out all weak points of the house before you can spot them. Any questions that you have he would answer immediately. He only shows you the best available houses on the market. I would 100% recommend Courtney to anyone looking to buy a house.
