Carrie and her team are absolutely outstanding. Their communication is clear and consistent, they respond quickly, and their knowledge of the buying and selling process truly sets them apart. From start to finish, they provide steady guidance and support, making what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Carrie was great! Our listing was extremely professional and thorough (photos included a video and virtual tour). Our house took much longer to sell than anticipated but Carrie kept working the whole time to reach out to prospective buyers and stay in contact with us. Her team was great about communication, showings, and the purchase of our new home. I would recommend Carrie and her team to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.
Carrie Corcoran and her team are fantastic. Their communication is top notch - always clear, timely, and professional. They helped us cleanly navigate a couple of unusual situations during our purchase. They were always advocates for our interests, clearly answering any questions and explaining any tradeoffs so we could make the right decisions for us. She had good recommendations for inspectors and contractors as well. I don't hesitate to recommend Carrie and her team.
Carrie and her team are the best. Our situation was more complex than typical, and Carrie navigated us through the process to get us the result we were looking for. With several changes needed as we progressed, many other realtors would not have the knowledge or experience needed to succesfully guide us through selling and buying process. We are thankful to have Carrie working with us. Carrie is also patient and kind, and we look forward to working with her again in the future!
We love Carrie and the Corcoran team they helped us so much with the purchase of our first home. They did all the hard work so we didn’t have to. They handled the difficult sellers and worked with our loan officer. They took charge and made life so easy for us. My favorite part was the communication we never felt confused or overwhelmed. I would 100% would recommend them to anyone. We will for sure be using them for all our house buying and selling needs!!
