Ive worked with connections a lot and from the top down (Dustin/ Tom/Zak) to their field guys (sorry can't recall names here but they're awesome) it's always been great. They do what they say they're going to do and explain things and educate customers along the way. Most trades will not get into that level of education or explanations with customers (takes time and effort) If you want it done right the first time - call Connections
I used Connection Electric several times at my business and aways the best to work with!! Dustin, Tim and Roger are great! Connection Electric is all about customer satisfaction. The Best Electrical company in town!! I won't go anywhere else!!
I had a fantastic experience with Dustin, Kyle, and the team. Kyle came out to my house to take care of a few electrical issues, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. The work was completed quickly, everything was explained clearly, and you could tell he truly cared about doing the job right. It’s rare to find companies that combine great customer service, strong communication, and quality work the way they do. You can absolutely see why they’ve built such a strong reputation. And honestly, any company with the slogan “We harness the power of the gods, and make it work for you!” already has my attention. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician.
I had a great experience with Connections Electric last week when they added two fans, a new switch, and 6 recessed lights. Friendly staff on the phone, easy estimate process. Kyle and Christian were on time and professional. They took time to verify exactly what I wanted, and had insight to suggest an alteration to my design to avoid a light-strobe effect (I had wanted the recessed lights behind the fan, but by widening the placement that effect was avoided and the lighting is great). They took time to make sure the finish was perfect. I love the result!
We had a great experience with them. We had the top recommended companies come out and give us quotes, all were around the same final price points but with different itemized prices. We picked connections because of how thorough Tom was during the quote assessment. He really took his time, asked all the questions, and took a bunch of pictures. The others who came out were very quick, one dint even look at were out generator switchback was going to go and was here for about 2 minutes. The day of install went smoothly and made sure we understood how the switchback functioned, they even had enough time to add 2 outdoor outlets for us! Would definitely call them again and recommend to others.
