Pretty nice place to live! Park has been cleaning up the last few years and it makes us feel safe. Wish there were a few more amenities for the residents compared to other places we've lived. 'Clubhouse, pools, dog parks, basketball courts, tennis, golf, volleyball etc'. With IPG taking over, management mentioned it's a probability which makes us excited. Management is helpful as they have remedied a few issues we've had with tree work and quick in their responses. Be patient with them; there are 288 of us and one of them. Maintenance crew are friendly and personable as well. Help with needs of residents no problem. Can only dock a star as some of the residents could use more happiness in their own lives to keep from trying to take it from others, but that's people for you.
