The best of the best…highly recommend working with Deserie for any of your real estate needs. Relocating to Oregon from out of state is an overwhelming and daunting experience. My husband and I were referred to Deserie by our former realtor and we could not have been happier with our experience. She made our transition to finding our new home a smooth and (dare I say) fun process! First, she is a beautiful person inside out- she has the natural ability to connect with others. We genuinely enjoyed the time we spent with Deserie- it was apparent how important it was for her to get to know us and our needs when considering to purchase a home. We were impressed with the seamless nuanced communication she exhibited with all the parties that encompass the purchasing of a home -from the seller’s agent, our lender, to the home inspection company for example. While professional and friendly, she was a firm advocate for our best interest. We trusted her professional opinions and suggestions. She was a fair and assertive negotiator when it came to concessions we asked for from sellers. In addition, she was so patient with us and all our questions. She made herself available anytime we needed further explanation on something- just a phone call, text or email away. Specifically, there are many facets of buying a home in Oregon that are different than other states, especially the home maintenance that we were not aware of. Deserie recommended additional inspections that we did not consider outside initial home inspection such as tank, sewer and Radon testing. This benefited us significantly because one the inspections didn’t pass and we were able to have sellers repair before we closed. Moreover, Deserie took the time to discuss and provide resources for caring for our home long term. She continues to be available to us as a support and resource. We cannot recommend Deserie and Coldwell Banker Bain enough, truly the best of the best!!

Randi is the best agent we have every worked with by a LONG shot. I've never worked with someone in any capacity, professionally or personally that works as hard, as efficiently and as quickly as Randi. There isn't a word for her level of dedication and commitment to not only helping you through the process but being proactive about taking the time to talk you though every possible scenario and prepare you for the whirlwind that is real estate. She single handedly saved our most recent transaction when we should have been dead in the water 10+ times -- After the selling agent, our mortgage broker and the appraiser all quit, Randi worked morning noon and night to pull us through to get our perfect family home. Randi doesn't make you feel weird or awkward about asking questions, that to some might seem simple, she goes above and beyond in not only her role but to compensate for others. If she doesn't know the answer (which is rare) she finds out and gets you the information you need to know ASAP. This is the second time I've worked with Randi and the most challenging real estate transaction I've ever personally dealt with - I won't use anyone else and couldn't recommend her more highly to my inner circle. She is THE agent to have in Portland if you are looking to buy or sell a home, she simply gets it done! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Mindi Patton did a great job. Excellent guidance on how to get my house ready for sale. I received multiple offers for over 10% more than asking price. The actual transaction went very well too.

Julie Summers was extremely helpful in our home search! We met her at an open house she was hosting, and although that house wasn't right for us, she took the time to get to know us, and ultimately found the one that was right... in 3 days! She communicates clearly and efficiently, took the time to understand our needs, and did her job extremely well.
