I wanted to share my satisfaction with how quickly the claims were processed after I had issues with the dishwasher and air conditioner in getting them repaired that was installed in my manufactured home I purchased from Clayton’s. Home First Agency that covered the necessary repairs was on top of processing my claim and did it within a few days after it was submitted. My thanks also go to Clayton Homes for using this insurer to cover any the issues I had.
First off, these are not mobile homes, these are manufactured homes. Single, double and triple wide homes. Only reason they have that designation, is the width and length of the house for transport. It's like a stick-built house only, on wheels until it arrives at your location. Gone are the aluminum-sided monstrosities, with little or no insulation. These homes have amazing floor plans, decks, master suites, and some even have hidden pantries. If you are in the market for a house, check these out. You will be surprised. Cheers
