Talent Organization and Logistic for Outdoor Concert

Everyone here at the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA found Susan and Dawn were amazing to work with. As first-time-outdoor-event organizers, our initial meeting with Susan was eye opening. She brought up many things that we hadn't thought of, and offered insight as to ways we could address the problems. Dawn was amazing the day of the event, keeping the stage running smoothly, and keeping our staff free to deal with other problems as they came up. We had about two months to plan the entire event, and without their help, I don't know if we would have managed to have the successfully run event we did. From the first meeting, to consistent communication, to the final review of the event, the staff was extremely helpful, organized, and professional. We will definitely be working with Class Act again for future events.

It was a pleasure working with the YMCA team and we are looking forward to this year's event in August. It will be exciting as we broaden our involvement this year and bring the event to the YMCA campus.

    Holiday Party

    Class Act made planning a large holiday party for 300 people very smooth and easy. We decided to change up location and many other aspects of the party, thanks to their expertise the event was a success. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. They did all the leg work for us preparing for and during the party so we were able to relax and enjoy the event ourselves. Thank you!!!!

    30 Year Business Anniversary - Polk Community Development Corporation

    It was a pleasure for Polk Community Development Corporation to plan our 30 Year Anniversary event with Class Act Event Coordinators, Inc. With an attendance of 150 guests, this was no small task to take on. The professional attitude and years of knowledge from Susan was invaluable to us. When Polk CDC celebrated 20 Years in business and hired Class Act Events, it was a very successful event. After reaching our 30 Year milestone, there was no question that we would return to Class Act Events to coordinate the event. Class Acct Events believes in community support and has the connections to provide excellent planning for your next event, big or small. It's all about Community.

    So glad we hired Class Act!

    Hiring Class Act to coordinate our wedding was such a good decision. With Susan’s help, the wedding planning process was much simpler than I had imagined. Susan Adkins is very personable, responsive, professional, and organized. She is familiar with all the local vendors and able to make good recommendations for a variety of budgets. She listened carefully to what we envisioned for our big day and offered helpful/practical suggestions throughout the planning process, without ever pressuring us to go a specific direction. She and her assistant did a fantastic job coordinating with our vendors, and making sure our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception went smoothly. With Susan coordinating, our wedding party was better able to relax and enjoy the festivities with fewer responsibilities on their plates. The day turned out even better than I had envisioned, and I am very grateful to Susan/Class Act for making it happen.
