5-Star Review of Clark Brothers HVAC

I wanted to leave a great review for Clark Brothers Hvac. Our AC and heat pump system quit during a stretch of very hot weather, and they were a huge help. After calling around for AC repair and replacement estimates, I spoke with Kingston about the problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, and he answered all of our questions in simple terms. He also explained important HVAC details about system options, efficiency, and what would work best for our home, which really helped us make the right choice. After doing a lot of research on air conditioning systems and pricing, we chose them for our full heat pump installation. The whole crew was professional, on time, respectful of our home, and very clean during the job. The installation went smoothly, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. If we could give 10 stars, we would. If you need AC repair, heat pump service, a new system, or any HVAC work, they are an excellent choice.

my ac condenser finally stopped working, so i called for an estimate on a new hvac system. i had also been thinking about upgrading my water heater and furnace for better energy efficiency, and the team quickly put together a clear quote and adjusted it to fit what i wanted. They helped me choose equipment that matched the space in my home and improved overall heating and cooling performance. donald gave helpful advice on the best system options, and miles and jack handled the installation in a smooth and professional way. They installed the ac condenser, furnace, and water heater, tested everything carefully, and made sure the new thermostat was set up correctly. The work area was kept clean, and the whole job was organized well from start to finish. There was a small adjustment needed after installation, and they returned right away to take care of it. i also appreciated how easy communication was during the whole process, with quick responses and real attention to making sure everything was working properly. i had a very good experience overall, and i would definitely recommend this hvac company for heating, cooling, and related home comfort upgrades.

I called for heater repair when my heating system stopped working. Donald came out on short notice and confirmed the unit had reached the end of its life. There was a refrigerant issue in the older system, and the equipment was already around 25 years old, so I knew replacement might be coming soon. The next day, Jack returned quickly and went over my heating system replacement options. There was no pressure to upsell or rush me into a purchase. Both Donald and Jack respected my time, explained the repair and replacement choices clearly, answered all of my questions, and let me make my own decision. They made the whole heater service process easy, professional, and stress free.

We highly recommend this heater repair team and their courteous office staff. We needed a new furnace, but first we needed a fast repair to keep our current heating system running until we could choose the right replacement. Miles came out right away, got the old furnace working again when a previous service tech could not, and helped us pick a great high-efficiency furnace along with a smart thermostat. Their skilled technicians handled the heater service and furnace installation with professionalism, clear communication, and real care for our home. Donald patiently walked us through how to use the smart thermostat and made sure we understood the new heating controls before leaving. The whole process, from emergency furnace repair to installing the new system, was smooth and efficient. Our home is warm and comfortable again, and we are genuinely excited about our new furnace.
