Julie was a top notch professional in our purchase of a new home in Oregon. She coordinated our purchase, kept us informed of construction progress, inspections and our escrow all the way through closing.
Chris & Julie helped us sell our house to move out of state. Their expertise and recommendations were so valuable during this stressful time for our family. I'm so glad we chose a team with such experience and knowledge of the Portland market. Not to mention they are so nice, responsive and easy to work with.
Chris and Julie Hoem are an incredible team. They coached me through the purchase of a new home from inspection to the final signing. They were able to recommend and connect me to all of the other needed experts to get through this challenging task. I will be forever grateful and I highly recommend them!
On top of making the worlds greatest margaritas, Julie Hoem is also an excellent real estate agent. Julie and her husband Chris Guided me throughout the entirety of my first time home purchase. While Chris toured the homes with me, Julie worked diligently behind the scenes to coordinate appointments, craft documents, audit documents, and answer any questions I had. Julie has extensive knowledge of the Oregon real estate market. I would have been completely lost without Julie and Chris. I am very satisfied with home they found and got me closed on. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
Chris and Julie were fantastic to work with on the sale of my mother’s home. It was an emotional time after her passing, Chris & Julie were accommodating and caring. They are very knowledgeable and helped us get the best sale outcome possible. Chris was attentive and followed through with all of our wishes.
