I knew Cheryle's reputation in the real estate industry was superb! I knew of Cheryle's impeccable reputation but to experience her work ethics and professionalism first hand gave us a sense of comfort and confidence throughout the entire process of selling our home. Her support in the preparation of listing our home and her negotiation skills helped us obtain a higher than expected price and a successful closing.
Cheryle located our Oregon City home for us in 2001. We chose her to list our house when we decided to move to the coast in 2020. Our home sold quickly and above asking price. Cheryle was with us through each step of the process with expert advice. Cheryle also helped us locate an outstanding agent for our needs on the Long Beach peninsula. We will continue to refer Cheryle Clunes to our friends and family because of the excellent service she provides.
Cheryle was hands down the MOST... Cheryle was hands down the most thorough, attentive, timely, considerate, well-knowledged and positive asset through our 10 month home buying journey. We came across many road blocks with multiple houses and Cheryle diligently and patiently walked us through each step of the process to get us into our home. She left nothing for us to question while explaining every detail along the way. She was absolutely great to work with!
The Best Realtor! I have used Cheryle Clunes before with a sell and purchase of a house. She has many repeat clients, because she is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any questions. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house at this time.
The ultimate in quality care and level of service Cheryle is a bona fide real estate professional whose attention to detail, extensive experience, and innovative solutions are second to none! Her thoughtful and creative approach demonstrates she listens and fully understands your needs and she leverages her deep knowledge and experience to drive winning solutions! Cheryle will under promise and over deliver and exceed your expectations. Cheryle receives my highest recommendation for anyone buying, selling, or investing in real estate property.
