Recently purchased Shaw flooring from Cherry City. Love the product. I was totally motivated that the product is actually made locally in Oregon. Cherry City was great to work with. Product was on time, and as ordered. Use this company in your future orders....I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Really competent, high quality company!!

We recently had several renovations done to our home, some which exposed the need for others. We went to Cherry City Interiors & Design for new flooring, and Justin helped us find the right flooring. And when the need to retile our fireplace arose, he found the perfect tile to compliment the LVP we'd chosen<br /> The work done by Clint and Anthony was top quality, and we are VERY happy with it! Everyone who has come to see the renovations, including the designer of the other renovations, has stopped and commented on the "beautiful fireplace ".<br /> We love what Cherry City Interiors & Design did to our home, and would gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We found Kent Smith to be a great resource in our hardwood flooring project. Three years ago we started a flooring project with the intention of finishing it at a later date. When that time came we learned that our flooring was about to be discontinued. Nevertheless, Kent was able to obtain enough of the flooring to enable us to complete the remainder of our house. Kent always responded quickly to our numerous inquiries and was able to schedule an installer, Clint, in the window of time that fit our remodeling schedule. Apr 28, 2019 New flooring and countertops from Cherry City
We recently had our carpeting removed and laminate flooring installed. We also had kitchen countertops replaced with quartz. Both projects were handled by Cherry City. <br /> <br /> We had a very positive experience with Kent in choosing the products used. Kent was extremely helpful in talking us through possible issues in changing the flooring, and was very responsive when we had questions, as well as when we changed our mind as to the selection of countertops. If he did not know the answer to a question, he reached those who did and returned every call and email very promptly. <br /> <br /> The installers were efficient and professional. When something was going to need problem-solving, they talked with us and provided options. Clint was especially creative in figuring out how to work around a lock at the bottom of the sliding door. <br /> <br /> Both installations occurred on the timeline we were given, and went very smoothly. The finished products look wonderful! Overall we are very pleased with an experience that often can be nothing but a headache. Well done, Cherry City!

I worked with Kent Smith of Cherry City Interiors & Design when shopping for replacement flooring for three bedrooms in my recently purchased home. I was undecided between carpet and laminate. Kent patiently worked through the decision process with me, provided numerous samples of both laminate and carpet over a period of several days, and offered invaluable insight on color and style. I eventually decided on wall-to-wall carpet and wanted a wool product. Of the several flooring stores I visited in Salem, Cherry City Interiors & Design had by far the best selection of wool carpet, but the deciding factor in choosing Cherry City was the quality of their products and the superior level of customer service and responsiveness I experienced at this store. Kent was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He answered every email and phone call quickly and always followed up on details. He was professional, courteous, and personable. My carpet was installed as scheduled. The installers were on time and worked hard to finish the job. I am extremely pleased with my beautiful new carpeting, with the attention to detail in the installation, and with the stellar customer service I received during this transaction. Thank you!

We had Cherry City replace the floors and counters in our 1970s ranch style home. Our Cherry City adviser, Kent Smith, helped us through the process of deciding what to do and selecting products and colors. His advice was invaluable since we had no idea what would look good. The project was major since we were replacing all the floors, kitchen and laundry counters and faucets. The schedule was set and Cherry City met all the time frames even with a couple of unexpected challenges. They finished on time. All the sub-contractors we terrific. Kent made sure everything came together the way we had planned, and he even came to the house to help when needed. Cherry City and Kent are top notch and we highly recommend them.

We had a flooring emergency when our dishwasher failed and flooded underneath our floor. We had many issues with another contractor trying to get that and the floor replaced before we took the advice of a colleague and called Cherry City. Russ and Angee came out literally the next day, and Russ' assessment of the damage was spot on and saved us quite a bit of time and money just with his knowledge and experience alone. The floor looks great, the installers Russ sent were very professional. I would highly recommend Cherry City. Their pricing was competitive, and their service was top notch. A+

We are currently in the process of a large addition and remodel. We had an idea of what we wanted the finished product to look like and began searching for flooring, tile, countertops etc. Our contractor suggested Cherry City. Eric happened to be the one to help us and magic began to happen. He listened, asked questions and began creating beauty in every room of our house blending the warmth of hardwood flooring with complementary wall color, texture and flow of beautiful tiles and countertops that are creatinga space we can’t wait to live in! We are more than pleased with the assistance of a Eric at Cherry City!

Really glad I choose Cherry City over some other local places. Pricing was affordable and service in the store was great. Very happy with the flooring that was suggested to us. What really sold me was the follow up service. Had a minor hiccup with installation and Leslie (owner) and Russ (manager) made sure that everything was corrected. The professionalism and customer was top notch! Definitely would go back for other design needs!!

I was thrilled with the job Morgan from Cherry City Interiors did with the carpeting of our bedroom and walk in closet. He was timely, greatly skilled which showed when completing a couple of tricky areas in our bedroom. He was friendly, kind and upbeat.
