He was outstanding!! Justin made the house buying process stress free like a walk in the park, he was awesome especially with communication. If we did not understand something he did not hesitate to explain it to us so we would have a better understanding and giving us even more knowledge during the process. We were so blessed to have him with us during the house buying journey!
Ashlee was truly amazing throughout the whole process. It was our first time home buying so we knew absolutely nothing about the process. She got us everything we wanted and MORE! She had recommendations for every service needed during and after the buying process and even had discounts ready for those services! She responds to every email, text or call no matter the time or day. She truly puts her clients needs first.
Misty was recommended to me by a long time friend and real estate agent whom I trust profoundly, and she did an outstanding job helping me sell my property. She was responsive, accurate, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Whenever issues came up, she took the initiative to address them and advocated on my behalf. Her professionalism and excellent service made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Misty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or property.
Mike was great. He went above and beyond what was expected of him we had worked with another realtor and a different broker such a different experience. He went out of his way to make things happen. He talked us through it no matter what time of the day or not it was he was always available to talk to would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever needed anyone else again I would only use him and judge Fith excellent experience all the way around!
Words cannot express how appreciative my husband and I are to have met Justin Hartzog. He asked us to trust him with our new home purchase, and we are so glad we did! He answered all of our questions, was very thorough through the entire process and made accommodations for us when work got in the way of meetings. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is kind, experienced, determined, punctual and understanding...Justin is your guy! Thank you again Justin, and I wish you all the best!!!
