We noticed that there was water pooling underneath the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, when the leak was detected, it was Friday evening. I immediately contacted CTPS, and the on-call plumber answered quickly. The plumber arrived within a hour. He diagnosed the issue and performed the necessary repairs. He made sure there were no more leaks before leaving. Really appreciated the prompt service!
Was at our place of business within an hour of our call, instantly gave us a bid to fix leak under asphalt. The two-gentleman worked fast and did a great job. I will definitely use Central Texas Plumbing again and again.
Great experience. My initial phone call was answered quickly, the service appointment was quick and easy to schedule, and pricing information given clearly when I asked. On the day of: Baldo and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) were both terrific, knowledgeable, and kind. They understood the issue, double-checked their work, and got the clog fixed within an hour.
Only company I could find address for. Went to see them. Positive experience. Asked them to install new Rheem tankless water heater. Came quickly. Installed in less than 1 hour. Again a positive experience.
Same day service and fast resolution! He was very knowledgeable and professional. he answered all questions and explained repair expectations including probable charges before work was done. Highly recommend!
